This planet felt wrong. There was no balance, darkness rising in a tumult of energy about him that Niro just felt... disturbed. That's why he was on Alderaan; others had felt such a grand disturbance in the Force, and everything pointed right here, to the capital city of Aldera. Something was going to go down, and Niro was ready. As a Jedi Shadow, he was always ready to defeat those who were enslaved to the dark side of the Force. However, the darkness he felt, the unbalance, was too much for any normal Dark Jedi. Something was the matter, something epic, but he couldn't place his finger on it.
And so he had come here, on strict orders from his superiors. He was to find the source of this dark taint and stop it. Something bad was gonna happen, Niro could feel it in himself, and through the Force. For this reason he had garbed himself in his full battle wear and with all of his gear; tight, black robes, hood up, utility belt, both lightsabers, and most importantly, the Force. He felt it flow through him. At the moment he was hiding his presence in the Force, and his connection with the light so that this darkness would not find him until he wanted to be found, or found it first. Camouflaging himself in the Force had become almost second nature to him, thanks to his time was a Jedi Shadow. He had seen and done things that almost no other Jedi had. The Shadows themselves were a dying breed, no more than maybe 150 or 200 were alive now. There was just no use for them with no Sith around.
Niro really didn't mind that, however. The absence of Sith meant the absence of war, and the reason for all sin, the dark side. Or well, it meant absence from most of the dark side's presence. The occasional Jedi would still find some artifact or teaching or whatever that corrupted them, changed them to see and utilize the evil power. Or they found it on their own, consumed by their own sins and hard times. They were traitors, all of them. Seduced by power... It was wrong. The Jedi had all the power Niro would ever want.
Niro stepped through a massive courtyard, a clear blue sky framing the grand sun, known also as Alderaan, burning a bright yellowish-orange above him. He bathed in the sun, letting the heat wash over him in a loving cling. If not for his connection to the Force, Niro would have thought this place peaceful, carefree, and beautiful. And yet it was not so, so he kept his guard up and extended his senses in the Force. Something was wrong... but what?

The air was different. That was the first thing that struck Kellin even before his senses reached out to the Force. The air of Alderaan, even in it's capital city had a considerably fresher, cleaner element to it that the air of Coruscant did not. Not surprising, considering the differences between the two worlds: Coruscant a bustling planet sized city and Alderaan a bastion of pristine nature. It had been months since he'd drawn breath on soil that was not the Republic center. The Council had thought it best to keep his activities restricted to more local pursuits during his recovery. A precaution that Kellin understood and had accepted.
Things were different now, however.
The war with the Mandalorians had ended, soldiers for the most part had returned to their families and now seemed to be the time that everyone could breath easy again. Except that didn't seem to be the case. It was true in some parts of the galaxy, certainly but in others there was still a wariness that hung like fog. After all, there were some soldiers and even some Jedi that had not returned at all. Heroes that had disappeared at the edge of the Galaxy as the curtain closed on the war. Yet, there were rumors, whispers even sightings. The missing fleet had been seen back in the Galaxy. Nothing had been very valid, so far. A smuggler's testimony, the insistence of a half-awake patrolman it all amounted to something of a ghost story. After all, if Revan and the other heroes of the Republic had returned why would they do so under a veil of secrecy instead of receiving the parades and fanfare they undisputedly deserved?
And so Kellin had been sent to chase rumors on Alderaan. There was still hesitation amongst the Council to send him anywhere but he had given no sign of relapse and every indication that he was more devoted to the Order than ever. Still, there were doubts and not very subtle ones at that. This errand was as much a trial as anything else. A test to see if he could function without someone holding his hand but something that might be assigned to a Padawan, honestly. However, on the off chance the rumors were true, well, who better to investigate these wayward Jedi than someone who had left and served beside them? The Council reluctantly agreed with the logic and thus Kellin found himself interviewing a list of people that had reported fleet sightings in Aldera.
That had been the plan, anyway. His arrival on the world had altered things drastically. There was a disturbance present that echoed everywhere on this world. A feeling that rang with a certain horrid familiarity but likewise remained strangely alien to the Knight. Kellin pulled his somewhat tattered robe around himself a little closer as if warding off a chill that wasn't there. He shut his single eye and pushed aside his suspicions, letting the flow of the Force calm his troubled mind.
Kellin suspected the interviews would have to wait.

Revan had been concealed in the Force to avoid meeting up with anyone from the order. He knew that with the minor ships from the Star Forge that they brought a dark presence with him. His outer self with tainted with it but a force-sensitive adept or even a Jedi themselves wouldn't be able to sense his inner force side. The Grandmaster may be the only person to know where his allegiance lies now.
The order wasn't daring enough to do what he had planned. He didn't want to consume the universe I'm the dark side if he didn't have to just to bring it all under a regime and help make it peaceful so no one would have felt the pain he felt during the Mandalorian Wars. He had to keep his plan sense he was this deep into it and he had the resources he just had to find them.
The Muur talisman was the first step, he hoped it held to it's legend. He heard that it had something to do with Alderaan, so he knew that's where he had to start. He had to reach the databases and get the information from them he kept most of the troops with him at the ships to make a more subtle approach for the first encounter. He had two regular looking advance guards with him. He stopped at the main citys entrance, looking in the Force for anyone that my oppose him. Not sensing anything he stepped into the city that would change the destiny of the galaxy
